Gyrotonics has been a welcomed discovery in my life. something finally to really mirror to me my imbalances, smooth out the kinks and get the energy flowing! The movements incorporated feel so natural, thorough, and all encompassing. And...after only one session!! thank you Mark...I look forward to more! Peggy
